Swagelok Distribution Center

Swagelok Company, a global developer of fluid system solutions, developed a new 200,000 square foot Distribution Center on its Solon, Ohio campus with the help of Cleveland-based HSB Architects and Engineers. Independence Construction served as the general contractor on the project, while Ullman Electric provided the entire electrical scope including Distribution, Power and Data, Lighting and Controls, Fire Alarm, and Diesel Generator Package. The design consisted of warehouse space, offices, and common areas for employees and reception areas for visitors.

The “flow” of this Solon-based fluid systems company project remained fast-paced from start to finish. The project was officially announced in March of 2024; and staff are set to begin occupying the space as soon as May of 2025. Ullman Electric was one of the first, and last, subcontractors on site to ensure that the client’s power needs are properly met at their new facility.
