National Accounts PartnersThough we consider all of our project partners, vendors and staff an important part of the team, a few partnerships play particularly strong roles in our National Accounts operation.
We rely on the expertise and professional services of Integrated Project Solutions (IPS) for BIM Modeling. BIM solutions for can be used for whole-buildings, and individual scopes such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, structural, etc. to assist owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in the planning and progression of construction work.
Ullman Electric also partners with Osborn Engineering. The company serves as the engineer of record for our projects. Osborn Engineering, which began its successful business in Cleveland, Ohio, also now operates throughout the United States via nine regional offices in four states.
In addition, we have a long list of partners and resources to help us with procurement of long-lead materials across the country. By tapping these resources and maintaining relationships, we are able to provide our clients with excellent products, lead times, and service.
