The Patrick S. Parker Community Sailing Center

Ullman Electric and Technologies was all hands on deck to provide an upgrade to the coastline of Lake Erie at the East 55th Street Marina.

The new Patrick S. Parker Sailing Center on the marina property features a crisp black and white design that serves as a beacon against the blue waterfront. Ullman Electric and Technologies was there from ground-up; providing the contemporary building with power, lighting and controls, and fire alarm wiring.

Officially opening in late May 2026, the Sailing Center is owned and operated by the Cleveland Metroparks. Like other park facilities, it will be available to the community for boating, sailing, events, education, retail, recreation opportunities and dining. This facility in particular hosts indoor spaces that can be used as classrooms, event venues, and rental spaces. There is also outdoor activity space on a terrace overlooking the lake, as well as dining.
