Amazon DGF1 Delivery Station

A brand new Delivery Station for none other than Amazon in Springfield Township, Ohio, was “open for occupancy” with the help of Ullman Electric & Technologies in September 2025.

Located on Industrial-zoned Picton Parkway, the facility is host to nearly 100,000 Sq. ft. of interior space and an additional 39,197 under canopy for van-loading purposes. In addition, the site boasts 189 “Level 2” single port EV chargers, and 2 “Level 3” dual port chargers for support of the client’s fleet of EV delivery vehicles. It also includes an exterior amenities structure and extensive site lighting.

Procurement began in December of 2024, with onsite development and prefab beginning shortly after.
