Almost 100,000 Square Feet of Ullman Electric work in West Virginia! This “last-mile” project consisted of completed interior space with nearly 70,000 Sq. Ft., along with a covered van-loading canopy adding another 30,000 Sq Ft. to the finished spaces.

The project broke ground on Polymer Drive in May, 2025 and associates will begin occupying the facility in October of 2025. Ullman was on hand as electrical leadership from the start of site excavation to commissioning of the warehouse.
